1. About Shift Flow

Shift Flow is a workforce and shift management platform for organisations with staff, volunteers, or both. It is operated by FID Integrated Services ("we", "us", "our"). By using Shift Flow, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Who Can Use Shift Flow

Shift Flow is intended for organisations, their administrators, and their workers (both paid staff and unpaid volunteers). Users must be 16 or older.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Plans billed monthly or annually in advance
• Flat per-organisation pricing — not per user
• Payments processed by Stripe — we do not store card details
• Subscriptions auto-renew — cancel anytime from Settings
• No refunds for partial periods
• Free trial: 30 days, all features, up to 10 workers, no card required

Free Trial: Trials expire after 30 days. You will not be automatically charged. Upgrade to a paid plan to continue using Shift Flow after the trial.

4. Your Data

Your organisation's worker data belongs to you. We process it as a data processor. You may export it at any time. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the platform, scrape data, impersonate others, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

FID Integrated Services' total liability for any claim shall not exceed fees paid in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
