2. Data We Collect
- Admin: name, email, organisation details
- Workers: name, email, phone (optional), department, hourly rate (staff only)
- Attendance: sign-in timestamp, sign-out timestamp, GPS coordinates (if geofence mode)
- Hours and pay estimates (calculated, not externally sourced)
3. How We Use It
- To provide the shift management and hours reporting service (contract performance)
- GPS data (geofence only): to verify worker is within the designated area at sign-in. GPS coordinates captured at sign-in only — not tracked continuously.
4. GPS Data
If your organisation uses Geofence Mode, we capture your GPS location at the moment you tap "Sign In". We record only that single coordinate. We do not track your location continuously, before or after sign-in. GPS data is stored on the attendance record and retained for the standard data retention period.
5. Who Sees Your Data
- Admins see all worker data for their organisation
- Workers see only their own shift history and hours
- FID Integrated Services may access data for support purposes only
7. Retention
- Active data: retained while account is active
- Deleted accounts: data purged 30 days after deletion
- Billing records: 7 years (legal requirement)
